I have downloaded and installed Recap Pro 2018 on my computer, but I cannot activate it successfully. When I launch the software, it asks me to enter the product key that I received by email. However, after I type in the product key and click on Activate, I get an error message that says \"The product key you entered cannot be used to activate this product\" (see screenshot 1). I am confused because I have verified that the product key is correct by logging into my Autodesk account and checking the Products & Services section (see screenshot 2). How can I fix this problem and activate Recap Pro 2018?
